Learn About Our CrossFit Gym
Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to CrossFit Prototype is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in our regular CrossFit classes. We call these are our Virtuosity classes.
Our Virtuosity classes are four 1-1 sessions with one of our coaches to create a comfortable environment for when you are starting out with CrossFit training. These are kept to very small sizes to ensure individual attention. As you work through the four sessions you will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. Virtuosity classes are the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes! To schedule your first CrossFit workout fill out the form below!
These Virtuosity classes are $200 and include a sit down with your coach to discuss personal goals and get an understanding for how we can help you. These sessions are individually scheduled with your assigned coach. At the end of these 4 sessions a coach will assess your stability, mobility, and movement patterns.
If you are looking to just “Try a class” we offer a FREE TRIAL CLASS every Saturday morning at 8am. This class is scalable for anyone and everyone and gives you a taste for what you will experience at our CrossFit gym!
If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, we recommend setting up a class time that you would like to come in to try our CrossFit Gym. This is a Free session, but gives us the ability to gauge fitness level and make appropriate recommendations for either A.) Joining our CrossFit classes or B.) Trying our Virtuosity classes.
