Share your CrossFit Prototype experience and fitness journey.

I used to be a gymaholic! My friends encouraged me to give crossfit a try, and once I did I fell in love. At first it was hard, even doing a burpee was a challenge. But I didn’t give up. Everytime I achieved a goal, I wanted to do more and more.


What is your favorite part about being at CFP?

I love the socializing aspect. But the best part is being able to go through workouts that seem impossible and come out the other end feeling accomplished.


What are your hobbies and activities?

My hobbies outside of CrossFit are golfing and playing soccer. They are always changing though as I try new things. Most of the time you can find me at my kids’ sports games or enjoying a mai tai.


How has (if it has) CFP helped you outside the gym (in sports etc)?

Crossfit is an escape for me. Sometimes I’m having a bad day but a workout changes that. It is a huge stress reliever. In sports it definitely helps improve stamina.


What are you continuing fitness goals to this point?

My goals are to get some PRs on the bars and on my time.
