My husband has been going to CrossFit Prototype for years and has raved about it. Specifically about Mike Collette and the community he built and the way he challenges everybody, regardless of their fitness level.
I’ve always been afraid of gym’s, I wasn’t sure if they worked or if I would be able to keep up with the program that worked for me.
I was running almost everyday and not getting the results I wanted so I decided to try a personal training program with Mike.
I have been training with Mike for about a year now and I have finally achieved consistent results!
I look forward to the days I have my workouts and feel great afterward; I’ve gotten results, I’ve stayed interested throughout the entire program and in every workout.
