Slow Core Vinyasa Yoga
The word Vinyasa means to build upon or link together with the intention to calm the nervous system and strengthen the body. ¬†In this class we will explore breath, movement ¬†and mindfulness training to help create strong, supple muscles and a flexible mind. All levels welcome, modifications will be offered for the beginner and progressions will be available for the experienced yogi. Bring a yoga mat(required), if you have a yoga block and towel or yoga strap (it is recommended but not required).
Yoga is held every Sunday from 8:30-9:30am.
Cost is $20 per month for members, $10 drop-in fee for non-members.
